Our services may involve third-party tools such as Google Workspace, Meta, Google Ads, Notion, Slack, Framer, Figma, n8n, and other platforms. YVG does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account restrictions, data loss, or other actions outside our reasonable control.

10. No Guaranteed Results

We aim to provide professional and results-focused support, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, leads, rankings, advertising performance, sales, growth, or other business outcomes. Results can depend on many factors outside YVG's control.

11. Intellectual Property
